Some little tips
*You will need a juicer to be able to make your fresh juice! But if you don’t have one don’t worry, you can always use a blender. Just make sure to blend it enough to get as close to a juice consistency or however you prefer it.
*You will also need a jar, gallon, bottle or anything you have in handy to be able to put all your juice in.
*The ingredients for each day are roughly about 1 liter, I recommend drinking 3 a day! You can always adjust the amounts to fit your needs. If you feel like you need more juice for the whole day, add more ingredients. If it seems like too much juice only add as much as you think you will need. 😊
*I will be drinking the same juice throughout the day. You can always choose to mix any of the juices here, if you will like to have a different taste in your pallet for breakfast, lunch and dinner or will only like to do this cleanse for 3-5 days. Just don’t forget to drink some green juices too! Not just all the sweet ones. Lol
*There is no right amount of juices to drink within the day. Listen to your body and if you are hungry, drink more juice! If you’re too full and can’t seem to finish it, don’t force it! Everyone is different so like I said only make as much as you feel will be just right for you.
And lastly. Please don’t forget to drink plenty of water each day! You can always add water to your juices too.

7-Day Juice Cleanse List!
Day 1
Agua Fresca! (Fresh watermelon juice!)
*This juice helps to get rid of belly bloating and gas. It is also great to get rid of fluids and toxins in your body.
Ingredients
• 1 half of a watermelon
• 5-6 celery sticks
• 1 cucumber
• 1 lemon
• A good handful of mint leaves (you don’t have to add the mint leaves to the juicer I like to add and mix them into my drink but this is optional.)
Day 2
Lean Machine
*This juice is very hydrating and helps flush out toxins. It is also full of antioxidants and reduces inflammation.
Ingredients
• 4 kale leaves
• 1-2 cucumber
• 1 small bunch of parsley
• 4 celery sticks
• 1 thumb of ginger
• 1/2 of a pineapple
• 2-3 green apples
Day 3
Sweet Beet Juice
*This juice boosts energy! Improves digestion and helps detoxify the liver.
Ingredients
• 1 large beet or 2 small ones
• 2 red apples
• 2 oranges
• 1 lemon
• ½ a pineapple
• 1 ginger thumb
• 3-4 celery sticks
• 1 cucumber
Day 4
Green Machine
*This juice is full of greens that helps alkaline and oxygenizes our body and helps prevent diseases.
Ingredients
• 3-4 green apples
• 4-5 kale leaves
• 1 handful of spinach
• 4-5 leaves of romaine lettuce
• 4-5 celery sticks
• 1 lemon
• 2-3 cucumbers
Day 5
Sun Shine Juice
*This is an anti-inflammatory juice. It is full of vitamins and minerals your body needs!
Ingredients
• 2-3 cucumbers
• 4-5 celery sticks
• 2 pink lady apples or red apples
• ½ of a pineapple
• Handful of spinach
• 1 thumb of ginger
• 1-2 thumbs of turmeric
• 1 lime
Day 6
The Green Slimmer
*Grapefruits and pineapples are natural fat burners! This juice helps get your digestive system going. It is also full of minerals and helps keep you hydrated.
Ingredients
• 1-2 grapefruits
• 2 cucumbers
• 2-3 nopales (cactus)
• 1 handful of parsley
• ½ of a pineapple
• 1 small head of romaine lettuce
• 3-4 celery sticks
Day 7
It’s a Breeze
*This juice has tons of vitamins that help improve vision, promotes healthier skin from the vitamins in the oranges and carrots. It also helps boost the immune system.
Ingredients
• 5 carrots
• 2 oranges
• 1 gold beet
• 2 red apples
• 1 lemon
• 1 ginger thumb
